From past 16 years Rahul Dravid gave alot to indian cricket.But he never get respect as much as Sachin got.
The critics always said that 'He is too slow for limited overs of cricket'.i think that this critics are totally blind.means whats wrong with this people? can't they see that Dravid had score 10,000 runs in ODI?,can't they see that he is leading run scorer in 1999 world cup? He is the only person who pumping runs when other fails to do that(Even god fails(Sachin)).
He is an extraordinary cricketer who always delivers an extraordinar game when india needs him.His temprament is excellent.His statement, like the man himself, is an insight into his work ethic, a reason for his consistent excellence. He is an artist who fusses over technique in an unending search for improvement.
The talk is always about sachin.Dravid is always been ignored.His performance is as same as sachin.But he never get the respect that he trully deserves.He has been always criticise by people but he never complains.Thats the greatness of this guy.
Since his debut in 1996, Dravid has been India's most reliable man, who has done everything asked of him. Amazingly successful and selfless, his is a sane, dignified voice in the noise that surrounds Indian cricket.
